Dalslands Aktiviteter has its very own restaurant, Stenebygrytan, which offers a variety of tasting experiences for all ages with locally produced meat and inspiration from the forest and lake .
Although the restaurant is indoors with its very special design, most of the food is delivered outdoors!
Enjoying a good meal made from farm produce in a fantastic setting creates memories!

Christmas table
Traditional Christmas table together with Dalsland’s game
When the winter darkness settles down, it is wonderful to have something to look forward to, like the Christmas table that is served in our beautiful and atmospheric premises. We have a strong focus on our own game products and several of the delicacies come from the local area. At the end of November, we set our wild Christmas table and lots of goodies.

Starter
-Roasted tartare on venison tenderloin. Västerbotten cheese cream, pickled mustard seeds, root chips, pickled chanterelles and tarragon emulsion.
-Halted green asparagus with balsamic vinegar, hot smoked beef steak and tarragon emulsion.
Main course:
-Braisedfillet of pike-perch with red-green mince, grated horseradish and browned butter, dill-slathered new potatoes.
Farm venison roast with rose pepper cream sauce, rhubarb chutney, butter-slathered primroses.
Dessert
– Eton mess. Margherita, mascarpone cream, strawberries and popcorn, browned butter ice cream.
-Strawberry and rhubarb pie with cardamom crunch and custard.
